    Try to open the app and it crashes. Try clearing the data of it and its corrupt. Great job on this one must have spent good time and money on this since it doesn't work at all.

    This app likes to lock me out. It is user error...don't think I do not know this. Requiring the dashes in the phone number format without the app auto formatting causes great consternation and I have yet to be able to use it.

    The app works when it wants to. For almost a week, it hasn't worked at all. The AT&T app along with the network and company are terrible. So glad my 2 year contract in over in a few months. I'm heading to Verizon.

    Just updated my att phone because att said I needed it. Now everything is screwed up. When I use the internet everything gets darker. I am also having connection problems with my favorite apps via wifi and att 4g. Very frustrating.

    For the last 2 weeks or so I'm getting a constant force close on first attempt then have to launch again to access my account. Never had a problem before last update. Please fix. Can you add the cash or in store payment option to payment method for payment arrangements. Using Samsung Galaxy Note 3

    Terrible reception service. Customer service promises to correct billing and takes 1 year to reflect credits. Technical support never follows through with what they promise! Over billed and under serviced and tired of calling them!
