Unable to access folders is all it says when I login. Waste of the 10 minutes I took trying.

Tried to cancle before first charge so I didn't get over drafted but their organization failed so lost additional 34 due to insufficient funds neat app won't reimburse that so total loss for me is 34 dollars plus around 3.5 hours or so plus 2 hours I'll spend at work to make 34 dollars 5.5 hours of non productivity.. did not try app so I can't judge on that hopefully both sides learn something at least they don't take a real loss.. I genuinely tried to resolve the situation. Partially my fault as well for not having a cell phone since my note 5's screen failed and ended up getting water damaged and spent around 1300 for that... be careful out there you guys they will take your money very low key and legally I might as well not care about ripping someone off even though I know it's wrong to do... handling situations like they do is the reason people are afraid of nuclear wars which I think is a funny subject

Reset my password and it won't accept the new password afterwards. Tried the security questions and says it doesn't match. Say what? Now locked out. What is wrong with this company and the security settings. Now it says I'm locked out... Why?

Been using desktop for 10+ years (terrible interface otherwise decent) Android app doesn't clean up document scans the way Evernote or even free apps like Scanbot do. User has to manually crop image while other scanners do this automatically. Other issue: you can upload photos but there's no file explorer so forget about saving downloaded pdfs. (and really why else would you want to upload a file on your phone?) . For a subscription service, pretty bare bones, to be charitable.
