NI WorkTrak provides workers the ability to track travel mileage, drive time, assignment check-in with GPS verification and complete timekeeping while at a work location. With easy to use functions workers are able to focus on the assignment while improving the accuracy of their work reporting.
NI WorkTrak is free to workers and is the mobile gateway to the Natural Insight workforce management platform. Since 2003 we have helped tens of thousands of workers complete millions of assignments across North America and Europe. Currently NI WorkTrak is available with English and French prompts.
Travel Management
With the simple press of a button workers can start travel tracking. NI WorkTrak will log the start time for travel and the GPS coordinates. Upon arriving at the work location simply select to end travel and the time and GPS coordinates are again recorded.
Location GPS Check In
When onsite at a work location simply select to check-in and NI WorkTrak will verify the work assignment and provide options to proceed or warn the worker when the GPS coordinates do not match the scheduled assignment.
Assignment Verification
For each check-in NI WorkTrak will provide the worker with a summary of the scheduled assignment and description of the task required.
Timekeeping
While on-site workers can start and stop timekeeping, as well as entering lunch time punches.
Staff Management
Using the Natural Insight web platform supervisors are able to monitor late work check-ins, identify out of area time punches and compare work effort to expected assignment times. In addition worker mileage reports can be generated allowing for accurate mileage reimbursement. Upon completion of all reviews complete timekeeping files can be generated and feed any payroll system.

Why in the hell do I have to traipse all the way to the entrance to clock in or out?
I work in a large building and usually eat before and shop after my shift. Generally well away from the entrance. Not to mention that my area is near the back of the s

Why not ask for username and password like the employer gives? Can't login due to needing a phone number that doesn't exist. App fails from the start!

Crashes weekly and when I complain they don't seem to care. Unfortunately I don't think this review will matter since the developers are lazy

Freezes my phone up and force closes EVERY OTHER USE. Huge pain to use. Usually have to log in online which isn't much better.

ID provided by employer, phone number should match the on you have on NI. To visit more then 1 place you need to clear forms under App settings
