Expert's Review
First off, you have to create an account on QR Pal (you can do it from the app or from www.qrpal.com). We don't really like a compulsory registering to get access to the app, but it has a reason we're going to explain below.
After creating your account you access to the main menu made up by 4 buttons/tabs:
Scanner: you can scan by using your the back camera of your device both QR codes and BarCodes. It has to be said that this is the fastest scanner we've tried so far. Quick focus and catch.
MyWallet: All the QR/Bar codes you scan are stored on this tab. It's a kind of "scanning history". In order to manage it, it stores it in five folder-categories depending on what you've scanned: links, text, vCards, Maps or SMS. There's a counter of the total scanning and by categories. There's also a browser bar to look for an specific scanned resource.
Latest QR News: There's a timeline of news related to QR, events, updates, new releases, etc.
Payments: You can generate QR to request payment from somebody or pay for something by scanning a code. QR Pal is full-integrated with paypal. What's more, there's a "Payment History" to keep track of them.
What's more, you can share your scans via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN, e-mail, SMS and MMS. Every time you scan and share your scans QR Pal rewards you with points and prizes.
However, the feature that has really amazed us is the Backup: in case you lost your phone you can automatically backup all your scans online from www.qrpal.com. Just login and sync your scans anytime. For this reason you need to create an account. We would prefer though to use the app without registering and create and sign up just in case we wanted to use this feature.
QR Pal is really easy to use, it stores and organize automatically, and it's set in a good-looking interface. This is the new generation of QR Scanners.
QR Pal has been developed by QR Pay Ltd. Although this is the first app that they've launched on the Android market, we're pretty sure that it's going to reach remarkably success thanks to the great job they developers have done.

Nice app. Stores online scanned codes. Would rise above if the app self could generate codes that would be saved in online vault.(61)

I could not use a scanner this app sucks(61)
It works on my X10 mini but not my G1. Also, UI doesn't work well on the X10 mini, it's too big for the screen.
