This application can connect to Codatex transponder readers and manage transponders and read the transponder events. I've only tested this app with the reader 4Plus. If you have another reader and the application doesn't work please contact me and I will adjust the software for your reader.
The application needs a kernel with working serial port module. Tested positive on these devices:

Samsung Galaxy S2 (Only with Siyahkernel from Gokhanmoral)
