Springpad is an app that allows you to take notes and save the things you want to remember, all in one place.
You can list products, task, places, movies and much more.
Firstly, you need to register using a Google account, for example. Then you can get started with the app by adding notes, tasks, media, scan barcodes or list movies to look up.
You can also search for things nearby (based on your interests) and sort your reminders by a variety of labels, such as Business, Wine, Product, Book, Movie, TV Show, Album, Shopping List, Packing List, Check List and Recipes.
You can also share your lists with your friends and family and even add a shortcut to your home screen in order to access to your information more quickly. Being able to listen to recorded notes with headphones and not having your data deleted when the updates are applied would be two major improvements to this app.
Springpad was created by Spring Partners, Inc. This is their first app, but it looks like they have a very promising future ahead of them.
Springpad is a very useful app that you should download if you want an easy way of remembering all the things you need to do.

I will give it 5 if the tag name is displayed when a certain tag is chosen and if I would be able to take notes while recording audio.
