    Solid app. Set up is really simple. Allows me to track my service request anywhere--even when i'm at home with my kids or on vacation. Over 35 individual domains can be accessed in one place--which is great for us.

    I cannot close tickets. Level 3 categories do not show up. Very poor menus, jo customizations possible. Absolutely useless app.

    keeps on getting disconnected. I have to choose a blank category just to edit a work order

    Keeps disconnecting me and never remembers my username and password, it always defaults back to default user name "mobile". Very annoying.

    The remote support doesn't work. Connects but can't see the users screen. Samsung Galaxy s4.
