Introducing My Account, an easy-to-use app that lets you manage your consumer mobility account from your smartphone (not available for business accounts).

Features for postpaid consumer accounts:
• Monitor your monthly data, text or voice usage
• Check your account balance
• Make payments by signing up for pre-authorized payment
• Change your add-on features
• Manage your Favourite Numbers list

Features for prepaid accounts:
• Check your account balance
• Top-up your prepaid services using a credit card or PIN
• Change your features

Plus, you won’t be charged data fees when using it, even while travelling abroad with a 4G (HSPA) device.

    Install failed once. Then after registering, it kept saying my email address or password was wrong. I have only 1 email address annd use only 3possible passwords. Thanx for wasting 40 minutes of my life Telus. Why not lowere gyour roaming rates instead of

    It shows my bill from 2 months ago is not paid when it was paid 2 months ago, so my balance showing is wrong. If that is wrong I don't trust the usage is up to date as well so I really have no use for this app and will be deleting it. Such a shame Telus!

    I just installed version 1.2.0.  Unfortunately the information is still incorrectly displayed. The amount shown for this data is almost 4 times greater than what it should be. The worse part is that each time the bill is posted this incorrect large amo
