Download books and read them from your smartphone
Aldiko Book Reader allows you to read books directly in your android smartphone.
The only things you need to do is to look for the book you want, buy it or download it (if it's free) and start reading it. Once you've chosen a book, the application gives you access to books from the same autor, "people also downloaded", reading list, categories, so you can continue reading books adapted to your tastes.
In settings, you can change the text size and the margins, the brightness, orientations and even download different fonts, change text alignment and line spacing.
Of course, many books aren't free and some of them aren't available, so more books could be added in the next update. Anyway, this paid application, created by Aldiko Limited is a great tool for those book lovers who want to save space and read in an easier way at home or in the train and subway. Give it a go.

Very nice reader!
Difficult to highlight anything. When I try it restarts the app. Fix please
I'm disappointed, whenever I try to highlight a word or writing a note(which is the propose of this Upgrade) it take me out of the book. Even when I want to see my notes and my highlights it take me out. I hope the fix it ASAP.
needs a sync function also you need to be able to choose where it save it ebooks too
Absolutely not worth of money. Highlights or notes are unuseable slow with pdf documents, and this was the readon I bought the premium version. Aldiko cannot handle references in ebub files.
First off this is a great app. It has great epub and PDF features. However, for whatever reason, the widget will not appear. I have re-installed the app twice and the widget is nowhere to be found. I hope it wasn't removed, it was an awesome widget with
Clean interface and good library of books, but not for any serious student. Highlighting text is cumbersome, and limited to one color (yellow). Following a link to reference text sends you to an endnotes page instead of a hover box. And for when I do
