I have purchased four apps from these guys. Only one works with my current android phone. They do not honor your purchases unless you buy an Apple product.

I have purchased and used six of these guides on my Samsung Galaxy Note (1). Having just updated to the Galaxy Note 4, I'm not impressed to see that only the Audubon Birds application is showing up for installation on the new device. I went to the vendor's website to place a query, but see that they provide little if any attention to their customers via the high level of unattended support queries

First and foremost this is a awesome app nothing quite like it while outdoors, but now that I have upgraded from a Note 2 to a Note 3 it is not compatible so I have swap sim card and memory card whenever I want to use the application. OTHER WISE till then only a 2.5 star

The App does not run. I contacted the company's customer service (Green Mountain). They responded, but did not provide any helpful information and refused to refund the price of the app. If you have also purchased the app and cannot run it, I recommend you contact the company as well: If enough people complain to them, maybe they will take it serio
