The original Kai saga for Android
As his "millenium gift", Joe Dever, Lone Wolf's and Magnamund, gave the rights of his work to mankind. That should have ended wars in the world by itself, but as we humans exchanged natural selection for widespread stupidity in due time, nobody cared about it.
Nobody? A brave group of volunteers kept that treasure alive as if it was (it might well be indeed) the holy grail of modern fantasy literature, allowing for other brave Kai disciples to port it to mobile devices. And here it is, free of charge, without ads, till the sixth book so far, as it was Joe Dever's wish.
We can only regret several missed chances: firstly, the chance of choosing character genre. Secondly, the chance of adding the revised content; and lastly, the missed chance of adding additional artwork, glossaries and Magnamund lore.
Anyway, that's all. Download it, no matter if you were an eager Lone Wolf reader at the time or want to discover one of the myths of the late 20th century literature.
The world of Lone Wolf, the Kai Master created by Joe Dever, is coming on your Android Phone.
"The Masters of Darkness" is finally playable!!!
Upon your triumphant return from the twilight world of the Daziarn, you discover your mortal enemies - the Darklords of Helgedad - are poised to conquer all of Magnamund.
In The Masters of Darkness, your mission is to journey to the infernal city of Helgedad, to the very heart of the Darklords’ evil empire. There you must confront Darklord Gnaag, Archlord of the Black City, in a battle that will determine the future of your entire world.

This is one of favorite games. I love these type of adventure books and this is, in my opinion, one of the best there is.
This is a fantastic app that does a great job of bringing the old Lone Wolf gamebooks to a new audience. Highly recommended.
As someone whose first exposure to game books was Joe Dever's Lone Wolf series, I was overjoyed to discover Project Aon a few years back, and even more overjoyed to discover this app, which takes that project and makes it much more convenient for anyone with a smart phone or tablet. For fans, this is an absolute must download. For those new to the series, I strongly encourage you to give it a tr
I was and still am an avid fan of the Lone Wolf series. This app is a wonderful blast from the past. Great that it automatically saves and updates character info. Is this why the books seem so short on this app though?? I remember taking much longer working through the game books...
I don't like the parts where the main character, with full health and powerful weapons, die or lose just because of a single wrong decision. Inflicting critical damage instead of instant death to the character for wrong choices would be better to give a chance to use recovery items or skills.
As a person who grew up on Lonewolf books I can attest to the fact that this app does them justice. The automated random numbers and combat system that tracks is great as well. My only complaint is that bookmarks are not movable after you use them until you finish the book. That is somewhat minor though, overall 5 stars.
Waiting patiently for the Grandmaster Kai books addition.
