Offline dictionaries allows you to browse dictionaries without a network connection, such as when you're on a plane, traveling abroad, out of cellular tower range or if you want to save battery!
You download the dictionaries to the SD card the first time you launch the app. Choose which dictionary or dictionaries you want to download.
Perform advance searches in the dictionaries (with wild-cards), which come in handy when you're working on a crossword puzzle.
Definitions can also be read by the device using a text to speech module (some devices don't support this and some languages may not be available).

PROS: 1) Great App 2) Great Price 3) Great Multi-Language Features CONS: 1) The The credits/copyrights at the bottom should NOT be in fixed framesets. It would be nice if you make it part of the results page, so that we'd only see it when we scroll all

This app is so handy, i can answer any question i have when i am reading, watching tv, or anything. The only improvement would b to add a tab that would keep all the words u ooked up so i wouldnt have to keep typing it in over and over.

I keep getting an int: os error when I try to use the text to speach. Im using jelly bean on gallaxy s2. It will be the best if it gets fixed ;-)

I wanted an off-line English - French dictionary. This does what I want BUT there is no indication of noun gender which is a fundamental flaw.

It's usefull and save my battery. I don't need to use google translator anymore. But sometimes I found some error when I try to translate from French to English and the other way around. Please update the vocabulary data banks. Also sometimes when I try t
