On this app I just hit the nail on the head, I am lead to just have you speak this prayer and confession and pray it much as possible and get this in your spirit and over come your flesh. Yes the flesh (A mindset a way of thinking and behaving) Your flesh or mindset is not accepting of Gods word but with renewing the mind and keeping your flesh (Mindset or behavior) under subjection you can experience victories.
