The Steadfast Tin Soldier is a wonderful story about a little tin soldier that only had one leg. The tin soldier fell in love a beautiful paper ballerina who he thought only had one leg also, as he couldn’t see the other leg tucked away.
The tin soldier ended up being blown out of the window, being eaten by a fish and then thrown in the fire. The paper ballerina also ended up in the fire. All that was left of them was a little red tin heart.
