You can create a bar code and it gives you topics line by line so easy to create. Scanner works great have not tried the decoder but my guess it will be flawless also and it is freeTHANK YOU...

Best qr app, I dont really need a decoder, but the scanner and decoder are foolproof. Excellent app, and its free!

The best Of all the barcode scanners I've tried for Android, this one works the best. My only complaint is that it looks a little grainy on higher DPI devices, but I don't care. Functionality > Aesthetics. Keep it up!

Good but switched to qrdroid which supports share from browser & other apps, & supports apps2sd. This is a decent app, just lacking features.
