The core of the Coffee Excellence App is built around the Barista training course material used in 918 Coffee Co.’s International training courses. It provides all the information and instruction needed to teach you how to make a variety of perfect coffees.

For those about to purchase a coffee machine for home use there is a section on Home Equipment under the Barista tab - this section alone could save you a considerable amount on your purchase.

Even for those who don’t aspire to building Barista skills this app also includes a lot of useful coffee related information designed to help your appreciation of really good coffee.

Barista:
This is the training part of the app and covers all aspects of preparing really good coffee.

Barista Drinks:
This section explains how to make 11 different coffee drinks including Cappuccino, Latte and Macchiato. It also includes a significant section on preparing the milk. There are lots of photographs throughout the App and the ‘Gallery’ provides examples of Cappuccino Art to give you ideas to copy.

Single Origin & Blended Coffees:
This is a new addition and includes descriptions of over 30 coffees from around the world.

Going out:
A handy inclusion in this app is a calculator to split the bill (including tip) when meeting up with friends at your favourite coffee shop or restaurant.
