Devon Avenue is a major thoroughfare in the Chicago. It begins at Chicago's Sheridan Road and runs intermittently through Chicago's northwestern suburbs. The street is located at 6400 N in Chicago's address system.

It was originally known as Church Road but was renamed in the 1880s. The street has been settled by many immigrant groups, which is perhaps most evident between Kedzie and Ridge Avenues in West Ridge, Chicago.

Traveling eastward one will encounter, in succession, an Orthodox Jewish neighborhood, a Russian American neighborhood, an Indian American neighborhood, a Pakistani American neighborhood, and a Bangladeshi American neighborhood.

Portions of Devon in this area have been renamed in honor of Golda Meir, Mahatma Gandhi, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, and Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, respectively.

This app aims to provide data about the popular destinations with in this special (2 mile) stretch of Devon Avenue.

I've been going to Devon all my life and the biggest problem I've had (other than parking) was finding a good place to eat! Now my problems are gone. Somebody please call Ajmeri Baba and tell him he might be out of a job, Faisal Ahmed is here to stay! Lol
