Koy Merchant

The Koy merchant app allows merchants to quickly and easily scan Koy deals for the purposes of authorization, logging and analytics.

Koy is a social-network powered electronic coupon app that allows users to view relevant local deals.

The Koy merchant app makes use of the camera function on an iPad or iPhone to scan a unique QR code that is generated by the Koy consumer app. The app will ping the Koy server to request an authorization on the offer. If the offer is deemed to be valid, a confirmation will be sent back to the iPad or iPhone and displayed for the merchant. This allows a merchant to ensure the offer displayed on a consumer device is indeed valid so they can proceed to using it at checkout
