- Fixed price not updated correctly on some countries (Need to save the item again)
- Added show decimal option in settings
- Moved Russian Ruble currency to back of price
- Updated checkbox design

Needs check off option and ability to go back and exclude an item from list and continue were left off. Thanks for app.
