Value4Money

While shopping at the supermarket, I was deciding whether to purchase the 300 gram tin of coffee or the 100 gram packets. My mental arithmetic was a little slow and it was at this time I thought it would be useful to have an
app that helped me work out which provided the best value for money. So I created one.

Value4Money lets you compare up to three items and highlights, in green (the color of money, which item gives more for your money. Just type in values for quantity and price and press the "Go" button.

The first screenshot compares 3 weights of coffee and different prices and highlights the cheapest per gram option.

The second screenshot compares 2 weights of sugar. The second weight was 1kg = 1000 grams. Don't forget to compare like with like.

A really useful tool when out shopping.
