If you thought all social networks revolved around people, you were definitely wrong. Snapeous is a social network that centers on discovering objects around you with your friends.

All you need to do is point your phone to a barcode, QR or NFC tag and capture by clicking on the Snap button. Then, add your personal comment about the item and share it with whoever you want, always controlling your privacy. What we like more, however, is the possibility of organizing the snaps into different groups like I like, I want, I have, I read and start discussions about it.

Snapeous is the developer of the application with the same name, a different way of adding your favorite objects to a list and creating wishlists and other types of collections. The design is extremely minimal and clean, the interface has high usability and overall it's based on a great idea but until more people start to use it, it won't be as useful as it's supposed to be.
