Mobile Programmation's app Bubble Chat is a chat client for Android smartphones that lets you talk in an entirely anonymous fashion with people near you. Indeed, this app gives you the possibility of opening a chat room, dubbed "bubble", that people at a certain range of you can join, and talk for a bit without ever revealing who you are.
