It gives you 4 different hours along the day when your scheduled tweets will be automatically posted. You can change that hours at your whim though.
Buffer gives you other interesting statistics from "Analytics" tab, which is accessible from both the app and the web version. Besides scheduling tweets, retweets and analytics, Buffer contains other extra features worth to mention. First, the button "Suggest a tweet", which will propose you quotes, advices an other tweets by other users. You can post them automatically or schedule them. Likewise, it contains a built-in link shortener and supports multi-account.
For those looking for simplicity on tweet scheduling, this is a good choice, specially due to it provides useful statistical info about the best time to tweet. Interesting app.
Schedule your updates to post at optimal times, whether you're around or not. Build up a queue of awesome content to share with your friends and followers, and followup on your posts with Buffer's straightforward analytics to see which posts performed best.
Buffer works from news apps like Flipboard, Zite, Taptu, TweetDeck, Evernote, Pocket, Instapaper, Pulse, Feedly, UberSocial, Plume, Seesmic, Google Currents and almost all other reader apps. You also get Twitter analytics, Facebook analytics & LinkedIn stats.

On the web version, I can change the URLs back to normal format once it gets automatically shortened by buffer. Also, I can have one feed for each social media. This app does not allow me to do this. It's a bit of a hassle when I'm trying to post on the go but I still have to rely on the web version.
I use buffer daily. Sometimes the integration into other apps isn't as expected (posts to wrong accounts). There is a mac client but I can't see how it works. Overall good with only a couple of bad points.
Does exactly what it said it would do
Having issues with the link to my FB page for some reason. :-/
The app is awesome! Clean and easy to use. I also live the little nuggets of info that gets sent to my inbox. Yayyy buffer you rock!!!!!
