Buffer allows users to schedule tweets and RT in order to post them in the "best time"

First off, you need to sign up for free at http://bufferapp.com which will give you full access to this service. Buffer tracks your Twitter account to find your best time to tweet. It gives you 4 different hours along the day when your scheduled tweets will be automatically posted. You can change that hours at your whim though.

Buffer gives you other interesting statistics from "Analytics" tab, which is accessible from both the app and the web version. Besides scheduling tweets, retweets and analytics, Buffer contains other extra features worth to mention. First, the button "Suggest a tweet", which will propose you quotes, advices an other tweets by other users. You can post them automatically or schedule them. Likewise, it contains a built-in link shortener and supports multi-account.

For those looking for simplicity on tweet scheduling, this is a good choice, specially due to it provides useful statistical info about the best time to tweet. Interesting app.

Hyperlinks that you post through Buffer get shortened to a completely different url (like most social media sites do like bitly, etc). But Buffer links end up taking you to a completely blank page for some websites, like my own. When I use the same hyperlink through Twitter, FB or any other direct social media formats, they get shortened properly & the mini link will take you to the exact page.Need

Simple and easy to use. Really like the ui. Wish I could manage my Twitter and Facebook settings, but not a huge issue.
