You can search for users by entering their ooVoo ID, Facebook name or e-mail address. Once you've got some friends in your address book, simply tap on their name, and you are given the option to start a video or voice call, or send an instant message. ooVoo's main interface is clean and simple to navigate. There's a 'spring board' strip at the bottom of the screen with icons for your Contacts, Phone, and History. I actually enjoy using oovoo!! But the only thing is that it will glitch sometimes and that gets on my nerves!!! Otherwise it's a very good app!
