The first thing you need to do is to enter your name, gender and promotion code if you have one of those. After starting the app, you might want to complete your profile information in order to give your contacts a clearer image of yourself.
To start meeting people, you can choose to browse through the list of people who are near you or view the map. This app allows you to interact with other users by sending them messages, voice messages, pictures and also gifts
Say Hi is the developer of this application, their only one so far. A social network for people who want to make new friends or flirt with users nearby. The design is not very good, but it seems to have grown in popularity recently.
