"The ultimate forum app"

Reviewed by / Nov 08, 2013

Tapatalk is the most-used Tapatalk Forum app on both Android and iOS

I'm pretty sure you've heard about Tapatalk, unless you have ever entered a web forum in the last two years. Tapatalk is an app that have simplified reading and posting on forums of any kind. Actually, Tapatalk allows users to access over 39K forums worldwide on a unique user-friendly layout.

The app is paid, it's true, but it's worth its price, specially if you're a dedicated forum user. Even if you're not, this will help you to get hooked to some of them due to its simplicity. Forum are divided by 10 categories and dozens of sub-categories. You can search a forum by surfing these categories or search it by name from the top search bar.

Once found, you can connect to that forum and start reading threads and posting on them. Such easy. I recommend you to create a Tapatalk account since it would provides free access to hundreds of forums. You can add forums to your favorites for quicker access. Likewise, you can log in in forums you're already registered and read your mentions or private messages.

Simplicity, intuitiveness and huge database. The ultimate forum app.

You've totally changed it, put garbage on my phone and made it so user UNfriendly! Why would you change something that was perfect?? If it stays like this I WILL uninstall this app. Update: You have changed NOTHING!!!!!

With latest updates the app has officially died.

The new update makes it harder to see all the sections of a given forum. You can see trending, latest posts, subscribed, etc. But if I wanted to look at the Samsung Galaxy S5 section of a specific forum I am not sure how I would do that. Please fix so I can browse the forums again.

I don't care about the trending, timeline, and unread categories! Just let me find my subscribed forums (not just the subforums)! New update does not seem to fix this problem. Look for an alternative app or use the web browser as this one is now nearly useless for large forums such as Xda.
