Tweedle is a simple and highly customizable Twitter client
There are lots of Twitter client, although each of them try to focus on one matter. Tweedle has found the balance between simplicity and customization. Thus, it's minimalistic regarding features (it comes with basic Twitter stuff) but with some interesting options to personalize layout.
Tweedle uses streams system to divide and navigate through Twitter sections. Three basic swipable streams (more cannot be added): timeline, mentions and messages. A direct "Compose" and search button. It also integrates "Push to update - release to refresh" timeline's updating system. Likewise, for performing basic stuff (reply, copy, RT or Favorite) you just need to long-press tweets from your timeline and select the action. From menu button you can access you profile and settings. And this is it, minimalistic regarding features. Consequently, this makes it light and fast too.
From settings though, you can deepen on layout customization. There are four theme presets (original, market, light and dark). However, once selected you can change color (background, header, scrollbar, etc.), set font size, base design, actionbar overlay, etc. You can even enable a night theme. Finally, you can set notifications at your whim (by categories), select media provider and enable SSL encryption.
We like simplicity. However, we're missing some features that we consider "basic" like Trends and the possibility to add more streams (other users' profile and hashtags). Despite of this, Tweedle runs smoothly and provides a good average user experience.

One of the best apps ever (:
My favorite twitter client so far, been using it for 6 month, but honestly 2 things that needs to be done and I have no idea how aren't they already active! First is the notifications, I receive the notification but when I check the app it still needs to be refreshed. Second are the favorites, the app never shows when your tweets get favored, absolutely no idea how they never thought about it. It
Tweedle is probably one of the best twitter client out there. However, the lagging due to reload whenever I change orientation of my cellphone is an annoyance for me. Get rid of that and I will score tweedle a perfect 5 stars. As for why I love Tweedle, I am loving the clean lay out with enough spacing between each tweets to allow the lay out not to looked dense. Every time I change orientation, it takes a few seconds to reload tweets. Also, I get notifications, but then I need to slide down to update columns. Other than that, it was my favourite client. Pity
As a regular twitter user, I grew tired of the sluggish nature of the Android app. Tweedle is a fantastic alternative! I love the clean and customisable design. My only grumble is the lack of column for notifications, not just mentions. Please add this!
So much better than the orginal twitter app. Cleaner, smoother, and no stupid annoying bugs and glitches
I would like to be able to view vines, gifs, photos and videos from instagram in the app and we should have the option to choose what kind of names we want to see on our time lines (either usernames or account names). Also I want to be able to save drafts.
