Find new friends in your vicinity, and chat for free
Sadly let down by a many glitches, WhosHere has the potential to be a decent way to meet locals. As it stands though, it's difficult to even open up the app or log in, and even harder to seek out new acquaintances.
Many will like that this is an app without an agenda--it can be used to find friends, a relationship or perhaps for advice when moving into a new area. As it draws on other instant messaging apps, you'll find it easy to navigate the interface straight away.
There are serious stability problems which mean constant crashes. Ads are really intrusive, often taking you away from WhosHere. Many are reporting accounts being locked for seemingly no reason too. It's not widely used, so there aren't ever many people online, particularly outside of major cities.
WhosHere is the world’s only mobile friend finder with “Total Freedom,” a cost-free, worry-free, label-free approach to location-based dating and networking.
With millions of user world wide, WhosHere is ideal for making new friends, dating, networking, or just chatting and swapping pictures with new and interesting people nearby and around the world.
Absolutely no need to give out your phone number, email or IM address. That is unless you want to…and meet that new friend or special someone in person.
