It's a fine app, but part of the point of it is to remind you to do the push-ups, which it does not do. I was on a good path until it stopped notifying me and I got out of the habit.

Great easy to use app good to set goals with only at week 4 but working well. All the people complaining about repeating a work out sure it might seem bad but if you aren't cheating should still grow muscle and strength.

I've had back surgery and been on muscle relaxants for over 2 years. When I started the plan I couldn't finish 10 push ups in 10 minutes, much less in a set. After reaching the end of the week 3 plan I was able to do 25 in a set, nearly 80 a session. I
