This is the Games-time version of the CTV Olympics London 2012 App, providing Canadians with live video* coverage from London on 20 channels for up to 18 hours a day, including the CTV, TSN and Sportsnet Olympic broadcasts, as well as video highlights and up-to-the-minute breaking news and results.
Key Features:
•Live video streaming of CTV, TSN, Sportsnet, RDS and V Olympic broadcasts.
•Additional, exclusive live video coverage of up to 15 Olympic events via the World Feed, which features in-venue sound only (colour commentary is not available via the World Feed).
•Up-to-the minute video highlights, news, and complete results and schedules for every Olympic event.
•Social Scene TV ‘companion’ experience, including live commentary from fans, athletes and experts as well as contextual trivia and Olympic Games facts.
•Viewers’ Guide: Provides easy access to London 2012 coverage on all Olympic channels.
•Ultimate Fan: Compete in challenges, climb the leaderboard and enter for a chance to attend the London 2012 Closing Ceremony.
•Passion to Win: Answer trivia, prediction and decoding questions to accumulate points and win daily Samsung prizes.
* Video is available via a WIFI connection in Canada.

I'd probably rate 5 star if i could actually watch videos. My mobile device is my only internet access. What could possibly be the point of restricting 3g?

The app doesn't work on 4g... only WiFi. I have to make a WiFi signal to my friends phone for it to work!

It works on the Nexus 7 now and the app is perfect for following the events I want to see even if they are not on TV.

Works okay. Should work over 3g too but Bell wants you to pay for their other app for that. For those having problems disable adfree temporarily (some phones may require a reboot). This may not fix all but it fixed mine. Captivate - paranoid android.
