To see the settings window, just touch the widget once. You can change the background colors and enable/disable the date view. Also, you'll able to change the hero illustration very soon.

Usage:

After you download the widget, touch and hold with your finger to the empty area you want to see it on your phone. Then find "Widgets > Fan Clock RM" and press it once. Or find it from the "Widgets" section in the main menu. After that, touch, hold and drag it to the empty area where you want to use your widget.
