When I paid for August edition it went to owned state , no money has gone out of my account but I cannot repurchase it. Emails sent and then forward inside the publishing house but after 2weeks no response over getting it fixed? Should I try another mon

Down loaded no problem, but had issues turning the pages. I had to continually go to the thumbnail to get it to turn the page. Secondly its July 22 there isn't a July issue to download yet.

I downloaded the app. It installed and when i open it it does nothing to say.
