This app is the only way I can get into a game with Spring Pass tickets and so far it's been near impossible to get my tickets to show up. When the app finally opens, and stays open instead of crashing, I have to click accept my seats multiple times before actually receiving my seat and ticket info. It's been quite a hassle.

I like the addition of distances from the ballpark. Other than that it seems to be an app that needs work. Constant crashes.

Bought tickets for the Padres and everything said I should be able to use this app for my electronic tickets, including my confirmation email and website. Nope! And the Padre box office is just as annoyed because they have received a ton of calls and they don't know what the deal is either and they haven't been able to figure it out.

App main feature does not work. Essentially useless.
