Great for boxing intervals
I do Tabata intervals (20'' / 10'') on the heavy bag. Having different screen colors helps a lot.

I need to drink a lot of water. I use Perfect Round to beep every five minutes. Only wish I could choose a different sound than my email notification.

It would be much better if you could select different sounds for the alert. The stock sound is easy to miss.
