Asha Kirkby is one of the highest qualified and experienced skate instructors in the world. She is a trainer of instructors worldwide for the ICP (Inline Certification Programme) and has taught thousands to skate in her UK skate school Skatefresh in London and Brighton. As an ex-figure skater in her teens, Asha has been skating for 30 years. These lessons are the culmination of her years of experience teaching and skating. Her teaching style is direct and to the point and has been tested on many students with great success. Put an instructor in your pocket and see how much easier it all becomes. You can only relax on your skates when your technique is good and you are skating well. This is when it flows, when your skates feel like part of you (and not separate). Your skating will then make you feel vibrant and alive and you will start to inspire others with your great skating.

If you've watched Asha's videos on YouTube then you'll know the sort of thing to expect from this app. However, the level of detail in the videos in this app is massively more than her free YouTube videos. I love the SkateFresh apps and use Intermediate 1 and 2 on my tablet. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that it's not compatible with my Samsung Galaxy S3 even though the Beginner and Advanced apps are. Would love the Intermediate apps to work with my phone so I could have them at hand when I'm out skating.

This app (series) is essential for every skater who wants to develop their skill and be a better, more confident skater, regardless of current skill level. Since I got this app, I have learned to skate backwards (with confidence), do transitions from backwards to forwards, stop without a heel break and generally feel more "at ease" on my skates. And all this in two weeks. Before I was only able
