Prorgram installs but everytime I try to download additional files it crashes before it even starts. I have sent messages to company but no response. Looks like a good program but needs to be fixed.

Its taken me 2 days to download the additional files on a broadband connection-still incomplete. Wtf?

What a great app. Lots of helpful tuition and exercises. Modern day techniques adopted and shown in a clear manner. Hugely cheaper than an on slope lesson and comes with the ability to hit replay!
