SmartScope

This app uses a smartphone as a smart rifle scope. Easy to use, SmartScope lets you choose from almost 2 dozen different reticles, zoom, save pictures, and even record data. Its easy to zero and adjust the reticle size and position. You can even create and use your own image as a reticle.

Great for airsoft.

Features include:
- Rifle or Pistol (portrait) mode, with various reticles for each
- show and hide on-screen controls
- take a photo
- record acceleration (on all 3 axis) and microphone data to a file
- zoom in and out
- dim the screen (very useful in low/no light conditions).
- various reticles to choose from, including your own image

The phone's camera is used for the main display. Digital cameras have the ability to see infrared light, so SmartScope is especially useful with an IR spotlight or for finding IR beacons.
