Creator of Strong Runner App is Taavi Sumberg who is endurance sports fanatic. Sumberg was the first Estonian who participate at the 4 Deserts Run ultramarathon races in the Sahara and Gobi deserts, where he ran 155 miles(250 km) at 113 degrees F(45 degrees °C).
In 2010, he ran 621 miles(1000 km) around Estonia(41 miles/66 km per day). On the last day of his race, he stayed awake for 42 hours and covered 102 miles(165 km) without taking a break.
He advises, “Running is one of the most affordable sports and one of the best ways to stay healthy. However, it can have a negative impact, if done wrong.”
