READ THIS DESCRIPTION... ROOTED PHONES ONLY
I am not responsible for damage you do to your phone. Everything should work perfectly but please make backups before running.

This app allows you to backup / restore / clear all ad blocks. This WILL NOT add any ad blocking functionality.

Therefore, using this app you will be able to either permanently or temporarily allow ad's onto your phone.

A lot of apps block functionality if you are running an ad blocker... NOW you can backup your host's file, and run the ad block remover allowing you to use the application... Afterwards, if you choose to, you can restore and resume blocking ads.

_____________________________________________________________

If you support the developer community than you will appreciate this application. Advertisements are used to allow developers to make money while keeping the application free for you to use. Without ads the application would not be free. This application was created to remove the ad blockers from your phone IF you are willing to do so.

Feel free to use this app in any way you like. Let me know if you have any recommendations.

HOW IT WORKS:
The file on your device located at /etc/hosts is used to reroute internet protocols to a given location. If you direct them to the localhost then the IP will be blocked... This is how ad blockers usually work... All this app does is skim the file for specific keywords OR clear the entire file.

WHY I WROTE THIS APP:
I got really angry with a custom ROM developer because he released the ROM with the ad's being blocked by default... If your part of the dev community you more than likely support advertisements but respect how some people want to remove them. The fact that this ROM came with the ad blocker by default is what angered me because all the users(Including me) were now blocking advertisements without even knowing it!! It's a different story if this was an option in the settings that your needed to enable manually... If you choose to block advertisements that's perfectly fine but at least make the user CHOOSE to block them and not block them by default. So, I wrote this app in hopes to make it easier for people to edit their hosts file. I also wanted people to be able to back up the file incase they changed there mind...

Again I am not against blocking advertisements but I believe in having a choice!

Please keep in mind that this application is still in Beta.
