PERMISSIONS:

INTERNET- Used to request advertisement.

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE - Used to handle errors when the device is not connected to an internet source.

VIBRATE - Used for haptic feedback on events such as button clicks, can be disabled or modified in settings.

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - files cannot be attached to emails unless they are on the external storage, therefore this app must write .apk to the external storage before attaching them to the email.
