Area Clienti 3



Area Clienti 3 is our official app that allows you to monitor and manage your 3 Italia SIM account.
App navigation is completely free of charge (except for map sections).
App on the go (3 mobile network):
• Direct access to your account information, without registration or passwords;
• To register another SIM, a text message will be sent to the SIM you are registering containing a temporary password wich you will need to modify upon first access.
With a Wi-Fi connection:
• Direct access to your account information logging in with your phone number and password;
• To register another SIM, a text message will be sent to the SIM you are registering containing a temporary password. You will have to modify this temporary password upon first access.
App access is available 48 hours after SIM activation or, in case of number portability, 48 hours after number portability has been completed.
All your SIMs can be linked in the “Link my SIMs” section, under Profile menu. In order to associate your SIMs you must first register each number separately. You will then be able to monitor and manage all your SIMs from a single account.
This is what you can do with Area Clienti 3 App:
• My3: check used and remaining allowances, options you have already enabled, their individual cost and renewal day. You may also top up.
Moreover, the new smart alerting system lets you know how much credit you have in your account and if you need to top up in order to pay for options.
• Top-up: use a 3 voucher, top up with a credit card or set up automatic top-up with direct debit
• Add-ons and Services: manage your options and cancel subscription services. With 3Mobility you can also buy public transportation tickets in main cities, using your credit or billing them to your next invoice.

o Grande Cinema 3: request and activate our card, then go to the cinema: 3 will pay for your ticket
o Payback: multipartner loyalty program in a single card, with automatic phone number/card connection

• Support:
Send request: when asking for assistance, choose the relevant topic and take a picture or attach documents if needed
Device: smartphone/tablet/router instructions and settings
• Offer and traffic:
o Profile: obtain account details, SIM PIN and PUK. In the “Link your SIMs” section you can also connect your other SIMs in order to monitor and manage them from a single account;
o Invoice: check and download your bills (as PDF files); this section also includes information about overdue invoice settlement and the possibility to pay directly with your credit card.
o Recent spend: view your calls, text messages and data, group them together by event type or divide events included in your offer from separately charged events
o 3 Services: to manage network services for example voice mail, call barring, or to check if the number you are calling belongs to the 3 network.
• Tools:
o 3 Store and Coverage: check network coverage and find the nearest 3 Store;
o Abroad: find information about network providers, costs and available services from abroad or when calling other countries;
o Settings: change and manage your password;
• Log out: close the session in order to log in with another SIM.

The App works on the 3G/LTE mobile network and with Wi-Fi coverage, and it is also available in English.
