All they ever do on the live chat is reboot your equipment. I have gone through 4 dvrs in 3 weeks and they have rewired my house even. But I still lose connectivity. I have to reboot it daily just to have a chance of it actually recording our shows. Don

Ok, maybe I was a little hasty, but I installed the app. Opened the app, got the disclaimer screen. When I clicked "accept", it instantly crashed and the program closed. If I can't even get it actually open before it crashes, I don't have any use for it.

It is CRAP that I have to use a Google plus account to review this app. How desperate for users is Google anyway? This app does not work on my HTC EVO V 3D nor my wife's HTC One. She won't join G+ just to leave a review. Do not download this app, it's a w
