This is not a standalone app. It is a Autotext / shorthand plugin for MultiLing Keyboard.
Please install Multiling O Keyboard along with this plugin.
To configure it, open MultiLing keyboard, it can be found under the "word suggestion settings"
Tips: You can use it as shortcut for smileys, kaomoji, ascii art, emoticon, emoji...

Instead it gives some error pop-up saying "Semi-automatic setup doesn't work for your device."
