avast! Mobile Security is a pack of security tools that fulfill all that needs. Thus, it includes, a Virus scanner able to scan both apps and SD card and that allows you to schedule automatic scans. Likewise, there's a Privacy Advisor which tracks apps permission and divides them by understandable categories. There's a built-in App Manager from where you can delete cache and data, force close, uninstall and check out info related to the app.
In order to null any phising or malicious site, there's a Web Shield which protects you against the risks you are exposed to while browsing the Web. Spam via SMS is also a concern on mobile devices. It includes a SMS and Call Filter to block specific spammers. Unless others security apps, this includes a Firewall. Although it could seem useless so far, it's meant to be necessary in a few months. This feature requires ROOT access.
And finally, one of the most important features: Anti-Theft. It allows you to lock and wipe remotely, activate siren sound, deny accesses, geo-location, among many other. Take into account that the Anti-Theft package for root devices includes more features.
