Boot Manager Pro
10,000 - 50,000 downloads
- Great performance
- Amount of customizating options
- 5 empty slots for ROMs
- Only supports HTC devices and Motorola Droid
- You need root access
- Interface could be improved
Boot Manager lets you install up to four ROMs to your sdcard (plus one on your phone) and allows you to boot any of them and switch among them with just a reboot. This is the first app we've tried that performs that operation. There are 5 empty slots to install the ROMs you like most. There's no doubts no more about what ROM install in your device. Now you can install your two, three favorites and switch among them whenever you want.
What's more, you can install the ROMs from the app and manage them. You can wipe from the app (data, cache and system), you can set your preferences for each ROM, install kernel and some extra options regarding boot animation, appearance and performance. The only flaw we've noticed is the devices supported: mainly HTC devices except Motorola Droid 1. Evidently, you need to be root to run this app.
If you're a flasaholic this is your app. No more restrictions: switching is the way to roll. High recommendable.
We apologize for letting this app die we became very busy with other works, however, starting today (November 7th) we have began to work on this project again. We plan to update soon and will be working on the following: support for Galaxy Nexus JB, and Samsung Galaxy S3 support. If you would like to suggest other points to work on follow us at @init2winitapps on twitter and mention us to contact us.
Now supports UNLIMITED slots! and much more see the changelog http://bit.ly/ozsFFa
New permissions are for syncing sms and phone logs across ROMs!
Read all of this and check if your device is supported!
Boot Manager is Android's first multi-boot application. It allows you to install boot ROMs from your sdcard and boot between then with just a reboot. The application acts as your recovery for your sdcard slots. Install your kernels, themes, and ROMs all through the app and use your normal recovery for your phone ROM only.
IF YOU HAVE UPDATED SUPERUSER APK YOU NEED TO DISABLE LOGGING IN THE SUPERUSER APP. IT IS A BUG IN SUPERUSER AND WILL CAUSE ISSUES WITH BOOTMANAGER

BootManager will not work with Samsung devices that are not listed because of the way Samsung handles the boot partition. Motorola phone's with a locked bootloader will also not currently work. Check compatible phones above.

Why not just remove it if you are never going to update? Don't download for jb GNex
Refuses to install roms on my Gnex. Emails to support are ignored. This used to be an awesome app on my Incredible and Thunderbolt, but I guess they just don't care anymore.
Easy way to try roms
I used to use this because I ran many roms at once. Now the developers are off doing something or dead. I used to like it a lot, but not so much since they don't support Nexus 4.
Wasted money on this pointless app. Developers took it and stopped doing anything with the app. Please pick this back up...
I quit using it. Every phone I use it on gets messed up and I've been flashing/rooting phones since the first days of the HTC Evo. Stay away unless you want problems
Development halts for months, then they say in November 2012 that they're starting again. Months later, still no sign of the devs... Pretty sad, especially with a paid app. Wish I could get my money back! I consider the developer to be fraudulent.
