I put in an request to change to a far cheaper energy provider but british gas rejected the request, without reason so i couldn't switch providers. I have put in a new request and if they block this one i will be on the phone to watchdog. I'll never go back to them after this.

Only useful if you have one business account totally useless for multiple business accounts. I wasted time trying to add another account only for the new details to overwrite the first account I entered. I then wasted more time trying to get around the problem. I hope the dedicated business app doesn't have this problem when it is released.

I can't even submit Meter readings with this app. Keep getting emails saying there is an error, resubmit again. Also takes ages to setup online account hence next to useless having this app.

Very easy to use and crystal clear to understand. Submitting meter readings is easy and means as a household we are always on top of our usage and bills! Highly recommend for any customer of British Gas

This used to work really well but for some unknown reason it just stopped. Re installed but still rubbish.

Nothing works on it. Constantly being told that I cannot manage direct debit at this time, or cannot submit meter reading at this time. And it definitely won't let you request a refund despite the fact I'm over 200 quid in credit.
