    Download the free BT Wi-fi app to get online automatically at over 5m hotspots in the UK. BT Broadband & BT Mobile customers get FREE and unlimited BT Wi-fi access. To login to the app you will need your BT ID or your primary email address ( or which was sent to you in your order confirmation email. You will only need to login once and the app will automatically connect you when in range of a hotspot.

    NOTE:  During installation & setup the app will request access to various permissions.  Whilst some may seem unnecessary, they are required to support our varied customer base and wont impact any of our general users.

    NOTE: Some Samsung devices include an ‘App Optimisation’ feature which can prevent the BT Wi-fi app from automatically connecting to our hotspots. Prevent this from happening via:- Settings > Battery > App Power Savings > Detail, scroll down to find ‘BT Wi-fi’ & set to 'Disabled'.

    NOTE: Some subscription products have usage thresholds beyond which overage charges apply. If you wish to avoid any unforeseen charges please refrain from using the app.

    Absolute rubbish. Never works. Keeps saying will connect when internet improves. If it does connect it doesn't recognise that I'm a customer. Waste of battery only. I laugh when I see BT ads

    What a load of rubbish!! Since i instaled this and tryed the google map no longwr find any signals where i before had perfect connection. And when im connected to so called hot spots the internet is not working, just loading loading loading to tell me there is no conection as soon as i deleted this rubbish app my phone went back to normal. So still i do not know what this app is gor or what its trying to do ??????

    Doesn't comnect automatically. Doesn't ping when make a noise when connecting if it does connect. When it does find a BT zone I'm usually asked to sign know as if I haven't got the app. Used to connect automatically but the last year it's been useless.
