Busybox Problem Fixed!
OK, after screwing around with this for the last few days I finally found a "fix".
1st off, DO NOT use Stericson's or Jrummy's Busybox with Nottachtrix ROM, it will break stuff in an ugly way. I tried a few different methods to fix the screwed up symlinks, but ultimately I couldn't get around all of it. Not saying some one else cant fix those, just that I couldn't, and it seems to be a lot of work.
After doing some investigating, I decided to give "BusyBox by Robert Nediyakalaparambil" a try, available for free in the Play Store. Worked like a champ, broke nothing that I've found so far. All apps, network connectivity, and root working as they should.
Hope that helps somebody.

BusyBox: The Swiss Army Knife of Embedded Linux
BusyBox combines tiny versions of many common UNIX utilities into a single small executable. It provides replacements for most of the utilities you usually find in GNU fileutils, shellutils, etc. The utilities in BusyBox generally have fewer options than their full-featured GNU cousins; however, the options that are included provide the expected functionality and behave very much like their GNU counterparts. BusyBox provides a fairly complete environment for any small or embedded system.
BusyBox has been written with size-optimization and limited resources in mind. It is also extremely modular so you can easily include or exclude commands (or features) at compile time. This makes it easy to customize your embedded systems. To create a working system, just add some device nodes in /dev, a few configuration files in /etc, and a Linux kernel.
BusyBox is maintained by Denys Vlasenko, and licensed under the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE version 2. --busybox.net
This busybox installer is maintained by me.
Why another busybox installer? Cos other installers and rooted phones sometimes come with not configured busybox and no links to commands. As a result rooted apps fail to work. So I created this installer. I hope that this will become the de-facto adfree and free busybox installer.
Remember the installer is still beta. Also +1 this app, give honest ratings and feedbacks to motivate me.
For any issues, feel free to e-mail me.
