Custom Locale Plus

Custom Locale allows you to modify the Locale of your Android device to anything you like.

NOTE:
Currently the application does not work with Android 4.2!

Permissions:
CHANGE_CONFIGURATION and WRITE_SETTINGS are needed to be able to change the locale. RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED is needed to reapply the custom locale after a reboot.
